Roblox creator Nikilis's Murder Mystery 2 has a similar premise to games such as Among Us and Town of Salem, in which players are allocated a position and invited to play as either an Innocent, a Murderer, or the Sheriff, depending on their skill level.

As the game progresses, innocents must escape the killer while the murderer remains unseen, and the Sheriff must make sense of the chaos that has ensued.
